Hacienda pretende recuperar para el fisco español los patrimonios ocultos en las cuentas secretas en Suiza. This sent letters to more than 1,000 taxpayers who allegedly kept secret accounts at HSBC, as we reported in this blog a few days ago.
Some affected taxpayers have already started regularize their situation, thus avoiding prosecution for a criminal offense, thus keeping anonymity.
